Did you ever find yourself one weekend just binge eating your heart out?

You're so stressed from work which makes you decide to reward yourself with food from time to time. Or worse, you do this every time you came home from a long day of work. Didn't that happen to all of us?

Then one day, you realize your gaining weight even more no matter how hard you tried to exercise and eat less for most part of the week?

It's quite exhausting that you keep trying your best only to find yourself in a never ending cycle with no progress.

Until the time came that you just accepted the fact that you can't lose weight.

What if I tell you that food actually doesn't make you gain weight. Those junk food, ice cream, pizza, fries, burger, chips didn't really make you gain weight. OVEREATING did that! Our body has individual capacity to burn calories depending on our body type. But it also has limits. Going beyond your limit is the main reason you are gaining weight. NOT THE FOOD!

Enjoying the food you love from time to time is not really harmful. In fact, it can contribute to getting better results if you know how to manage it while enjoying at the same time. What most people lack is awareness and CONTROL.

So go ahead and don't feel guilty by eating ice cream! But be aware of your limits.
